Squashy flowers are scattered over this simple mesh design. The shawl has a wide holey pattern repeat border. Knitted in two different yarn types and weights; Thick Zebra, a double knitting wool, and Warm Moonshine, a luxuriously soft 4ply alpaca, silk and cashmere yarn. Worked from corner to corner, starting with DK, increasing to the centre, then change to 4ply and decrease until the last 10cm where you change back to Thick Zebra for a kooky corner, giving the 4ply section rigidity and weight.
Create seven fluffy flowers, sew-on masses of beads all around the cast-off edge then sew the flowers onto the Thick Zebra section.
Finally, pick-up stitches along the long edge of the triangle and work a picot-edge and cast-off. Sew beads on every point on the picot.
